EPT London 2010 - Day 4 starts

logo_ept.jpgDay #4 beginning to the EPT main event in London.

Not less than 848 players are registered, and it remains only 24 players. The day will end today with the final table and each player is assured of an amount of £ 21,000.

For the moment, American Chance Kornuth has a good lead, being the only one above the 2 million in chips. Who is Chance Kornuth? Despite the fact that he plays poker for several years without having had notable results, he won earlier this year + half a million to the event #41 of the WSOP (a Pot-Limit Omaha event). With her performance so far at the EPT in London, it ensures its second best performance to life since before his victory in the WSOP, his best result was for an amount of $ 8830.

Several players were able to spend the 3rd day. This is the case of Daniel Negreanu, JP Kelly, John Dolan, Arnaud Mattern, Greg Raymer, Phil Ivey, along with several others, thus reducing 128 to 24 players basin.

For the moment, there are several pros on the 24 remaining players players. For example, there is a trio of Team PokerStars: Chad Brown, Joe Hachem and Thomas Bichon. In the event of a victory, Joe Hachem could become the third player to win the Triple Crown. So far, only Gavin Griffin and Roland de Wolfe can boast of such a feat. Hachem is currently in mid-peleton, with sub the 1 million in chips.

Other remaining participants include John Juanda (winner of 4 WSOP bracelets), Per Ummer (twice finalists WPT), Allen Bari (almost a million and a half gain), as well as the winner of the UKIPT, Jamie Burland.David Vamplew, leader at the beginning of the third day, is also still in the race and holds the 3rd rank.
